Multi-factor authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhances the security of user accounts and data by requiring multiple types of verification before allowing access to the Identity360 portal, configured applications, Windows machine logins, and other actions such as remote desktop access and UAC prompts. Users can enroll in MFA by setting up authenticators, such as TOTP apps or codes sent via emails and mobile apps to verify their identity during login. Identity360 provides the flexibility to configure and customize the settings for MFA from this tab.
