Sync Settings

The scheduler allows you to decide the frequency of the synchronization process.
To configure a scheduler:

- Create new objects automatically without having to go through a review process by selecting the Automatically Create New User in Universal Directory when it is found in your Directory option.
- If certain attributes need to be reviewed before they are synced to the linked objects, select Need Approval if following attributes Updated for the linked User Accounts and the attributes this setting should apply to.
- If an object is deleted in a directory and also needs to be deleted in the Universal Directory automatically, select Disable Universal Directory User, if the user is deleted in your Active Directory Domain. You can also choose to delete the object instead, by clicking on Disable and selecting Delete.
- If you want to sync only certain objects that satisfy certain rules, select Enable Advanced Filter to restrict directory synchronizer based on the specific criteria.
- Click the Add conditions link.
- Select the attribute which will act as the parameter based on which condition is satisfied.
- Select the matching condition for the attribute.
- Provide the value for the parameter.
- Click on to add more conditions.
- In the case of successive conditions, select the logical operator to be used.
- You can add a new condition group to link multiple conditions together, by clicking on +Add group. This helps determine which condition will be processed first, before running it against other conditions.
- The Criteria Pattern displays the precedence in which the conditions and condition groups created will be applied.
- Click Save to confirm your configuration.
