Deleted user accounts reports in Azure AD can be obtained by following the below mentioned steps:
Login to ADAudit Plus.
Go to the Reports tab.
Choose Azure AD.
Select the required Domain from the dropdown list.
Navigate to User Management.
Select Recently Deleted Users.
Select Export As to export the report in any of the preferred formats (CSV, PDF, HTML, CSVDE and XLSX).
Open the Azure portal
Search Azure Active Directory and select it
Scroll down panel on the left side of the screen and navigate to Manage.
Select Users tab.
Now click on Audit Logs under Activity.
UserManagement is the pre-selected Category.
Select Delete User from the Activity drop down box.
To generate the group membership changes report, click Download option to create a report in CSV or JSON format
