Update information in Active Directory

ADSelfService Plus offers an easy-to-use interface for updating your Active Directory profile information.

Follow the steps below and always keep your profile up-to-date.

Log in to ADSelfService Plus’ user portal, and go to the My Info tab. Update your profile image and information, such as your mobile number, email address, or department.
Click Update.

Account unlock via web-browser

Note: Your administrator can choose not to allow changes in any or all fields in the My Info section. If you want to update any of the grayed out fields in the My Info tab, contact your administrator.
