Global Search

The Global Search feature helps to search across different sections of Log360 MSSP, such as Settings, Help Documentation, etc., making it easier to find the required information.

• Access Global Search by clicking on the search bar in the top right corner of the screen. Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Space to access Global Search.



• Type the setting/help document that you're searching.
• Select the desired result.
• For instance, to search for settings related to technicians, type "Technicians" in the search bar. All relevant settings and help documents will be displayed. You can directly navigate to the required page by clicking on the search results.

Note: If you press Enter, the page of the first result of the search will be opened.

Recent Searches:

The Recent Searches section displays all recent searches for each tab in the Global Search feature.

Frequent Searches:

The Frequent Searches section displays the most searched queries in Log360 MSSP.

What's New in Log360 MSSP:

This section shows the most recently added features in Log360 MSSP. Clicking on the features will redirect you to the particular feature section.
