Login with your Global Admin account credentials.
Click Accept to provide our Azure application access to your directory.

To create an Azure application with necessary API permissions.
To create a secret key and a certificate that needs to be imported in the application.
To create a service account with Exchange administrator and Sharepoint administrator roles.
Then SharePoint Manager Plus redirects to Microsoft admin consent page. Please click on Accept to provide admin consent for the API permissions required by the created application.
