Sridhar Vembu is the CEO of AdventNet, the company behind the ManageEngine suite of IT Solutions. He co-founded AdventNet in 1996, and has been CEO since 2000 . AdventNet has transformed itself from a modest beginning as a software company serving network equipment vendors to a be an innovative online applications provider. It has maintained growth and profitability, without needing outside capital. Prior to AdventNet, Sridhar worked as a wireless systems engineer at Qualcomm, Inc. where he was fortunate to work with some of the leading minds in wireless communications. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.
During the last 10 years owner of IT outsourcing company and since 2006 head of MWT Solutions, IT management solutions implemantation company. He has diploma in Computer Networks and Project Management, also trained in IT service management (IT / ISO 20000). During the last 3 years his company helped many Polish IT organizations to transform form being IT infrastructure administrators to service providers.
Chuck Cohen is Managing Director at IREO, distributor for ManageEngine in Spain and Portugal. IREO is highly specialized in Service Desk, IT consulting and ITSM solutions. Prior to founding IREO in 2002, Mr. Cohen was Business Development Manager at Network Associates for several years, where he was responsible for the Magic Service Desk business line for Southern Europe. Most recently, Mr. Cohen helped develop the Service Definition "IT out of the Box" product, which (together with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus) brings standardized IT methodology to the SMB market.
