This document will explain the roles and permissions which can be mapped for users. The default roles available in RMM Central are given below:
A user with Administrator role will have complete access to all the features available in RMM Central.
A user with Customer Administrator role will have access to all the features available in RMM Central for that particular customer who is associated with the user.
The Technician Role has a well defined set of permissions to do specific operations within the RMM Central console. Users under the Technician role are restricted from performing all the operations listed under the Admin tab and can only perform certain specific ones.
A User with Read Only Technician role is restricted from performing all the operations listed under the Admin tab and can perform read-only operation alone in RMM Central.
