Portals

If you have multiple portals in your organization, the portal url name should be mentioned in every API request to identify the portal.

/app/<portal>/api/v3/requests

portal - represents the url name of the portal.

The portal name is provided during organization creation. The portal url name for each portal will be present in ESM Directory>Service Desk Instances.
