Adding Exchange Reporter Plus

  • Log into your Log360 Cloud dashboard.
  • Navigate to Settings -> Configuration Settings -> Log source configuration -> Applications tab.
  • From the right pane, click on the General Applications tab to view the list of applications being monitored.
  • To add a new application, click on Add General Applications.

  • Select Exchange Reporter Plus from the Application Type drop down box.
  • Expand the list by clicking the "+" icon to add a new device.
  • Choose from the drop-down menu to add Configured devices, Workgroup devices, domain devices, etc.

  • To add new devices manually, click on Configure Manually and enter Log Source.

  • Click on Select and Add to add the log source.
  • Note: Log Source is the device from which Exchange Reporter Plus forwards the logs.

  • Use the Select Agent dropdown to select the device that is the agent to which the logs will be forwarded.
  • The applications will now be added for monitoring.

Configuring ManageEngine Exchange Reporter Plus

  • To get started, download the Exchange Reporter Plus application by clicking here.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the application.
  • After installation, open Exchange Reporter Plus.

Add Organization:

  • Exchange servers will be auto-discovered when the product is installed in the same forest as the server.
  • If installed in a different forest, follow the steps below to add a new organization.
    • Go to Org/Tenant Settings in the top-right corner.
    • Select the Exchange Server tab.
    • Enter the Global Catalog Server, User Name, and Password.
    • Enable LDAPS Connection if required.
    • Click on Save.

Enabling Log360 Cloud integration:

  • Go to Settings -> Admin. In General Settings -> Log360 Cloud.
  • Toggle the Enable Log360 Cloud button.
  • Specify the Agent Server Name or IP Address of the agent server.
  • Specify the Port number and Syslog Protocol to be used. By default, UDP will be selected.
  • Save the changes to complete the configuration.
