License

Navigate to Settings → Admin → Admin Settings → License.

License

Find brief details about allocated and total storage, license type, and license expiry date listed at top You can also see the license summary with details on storage retention period, search retention period, advanced threat analytics, and number of clients, right below.

Further down, listings on client usage such as the client name, and their respective used/allocated storage, Storage Retention, Search Retention, and if they've enabled/disabled Advanced Threat Analytics is listed on a table.

To manage the license of a client and allocate resources,

  • Click Manage listed against the respective client name.
  • Manage Client pop-up opens.
  • You can fill and edit the fields in the pop-up.
  • Click Save.

To view a client's storage consumption statistics, click on the Storage Used/Allocated value listed next to the respective client name.

To extend your trial period for an extra 15 days after your initial trial expiry,

  • Click Extend Trial in the top right corner under the expiry date.
  • Extend Trial dialogue box opens.
  • License

  • Write about your experience with Log360 Cloud MSSP in the description box.
  • Click Send.
Note: If you require a further extension of your trial period, click Extend Trial again. Write about your experience with Log360 Cloud MSSP and click Send. You will be contacted by our support team.

Upgrade

To upgrade your license, purchase more client capacity or Advanced Threat Analytics Add-ons, click on Upgrade, located on the top right corner. You'll be redirected to the Store page, from where you can make your purchases.
