Device-specific Monitors

The monitoring configuration may need alteration for specific devices. Doing a bulk-configuration using the device templates, applies the same set of configurations for the devices of the same type. In order to change the configuration for specific devices, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Inventory → Devices and click on a device to open its snapshot page.
  2. Click on Monitors → Performance Monitors
  3. Click the Edit icon against the monitor name. The Edit Monitor page is displayed.
  4. Change the values for the required parameters and and click Save.

The changes made to the monitor, will now be reflected only for the respective devices.
