Technician configuration
DataSecurity Plus allows delegation to two roles:
- Admin—with complete privileges to DataSecurity Plus' settings and configurations.
- Operator—with privileges to only view reports, alerts, and graphs.
To add new technicians, follow the below steps:
- Go to Configuration > Administration > Technicians.
- Click + Add Technician at the top right corner.
- Select the domain. Then, click the + next to Select Technician and add the required users.
- Select the Role (Admin or Operator).
- Click Save.
To list, manage, and view the audit logs of configured technicians:
- Go to Configuration > Administration > Technicians.
- Use the different Actions available to enable/disable technicians, change roles, change passwords, or delete technicians.
- To view the audit log of activities carried out by technicians, click View.
