How can I delete Custom Fields?
Custom fields in OpManager are of two types:
Default Custom fields
- Default Custom Fields are those that are present by default. These fields cannot be deleted.
User Defined Custom Fields
- User Defined Custom Fields are those that are created by the user to cater to the specific needs of the device/interface.
- To delete a User Defined Custom Field, go to Settings > Configuration > Custom fields.
- Click on the bin icon next to the Custom Field that you wish to delete. Please note that the bin icon will only be displayed on the user created custom field.
Note : If you delete a user defined Custom Field that is associated to a device or interface, it will only impact the custom reports. The device or interface will not be affected.
