Be it confidential customer information or critical resources' configuration files, change monitoring helps maintain the integrity of data. Many tools including FolderChangesView (FCV) can help you perform folder change monitoring.

FCV is a *freeware that monitors the folder you select, and lists every file that is being modified, created, or deleted within that folder.
FCV can be used either on the local disk or remote network, as long as you have read permission for the selected folder.

(*Freeware is software, most often proprietary, that is distributed at no monetary cost to the end user.)

How to download FolderChangesView?

  • 4Deleted Count - Number of times something was deleted within the folder.
  • 5Full Path - Location of the files in question.
  • 6Extension - The extensions of the files that have been logged by the monitor.
  • 7File Owner - Owner of the file where the changes have been made.
  • 8First Time Event - The first time a change took place.
  • 9Last Time Event - The last time a change was made to the file.
  • 10File Size
