Troubleshooting

Error Solution
Enter root user details for the domain in domain settings.
User configured for domain does not have root privileges.
Ensure that the user configured on the Domain Settings page has the required Root or Admin privilege.
Agent restart failed.
Failed to uninstall agent.
Access Denied/Invalid Credential.
Check if the user configured on the Domain Settings page has appropriate privileges.
Error while creating SSH session. Check SSH connectivity between the server and the Mac workstation.
Make sure serverinfo.plist and .pkg are in same location. After extracting the ZIP file, check if the serverinfo.plist and ADAuditPlus_MacAgent.pkg files are in the same folder.
UnresolvedAddressException Ensure connectivity between the Mac workstation and the server.
