Overview

ADAudit Plus seamlessly integrates with IT help desk ticketing solutions to automate ticket generation for crucial Active Directory (AD) events. The supported ticketing tools include ServiceNow, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP, and Zendesk.

How does the integration work?

ADAudit Plus' integration with ticketing tools works through alert profiles. Each of ADAudit Plus’s alert profiles, built-in or user-generated, has a check box, Configure Auto Ticketing. When this is enabled, the alert profile will not just raise an alert but will also automatically connect to your ticketing tool instance and raise a corresponding support ticket for the AD incident.

For example, whenever ADAudit Plus alerts you about an account lockout, it will automatically create a support ticket about this lockout in the configured ticketing tool, thus making the resolution a lot quicker and more efficient.

ADAudit Plus comes with a set of built-in alert profiles and also supports custom alert profile creation. Based on your requirements, you can choose the events to raise the tickets for.
