This guide will help you understand the basics for Summary Server and Probe Server setup. Configure the below mentioned settings to start your endpoint management seamlessly.

Summary Server

      Administration

    1. Admins can perform User Administration settings from Summary Server console. Visit this page to know more about the user roles and permissions in Endpoint Central.
    2. Credential Manager settings can be configured both in Summary Server and Probe Server
    3. Create an Exceptions list for Summary Server and Probe Server(s) individually.

      Scope of Management

    1. Admins can add Domain/Workgroup either in Summary Server or Probe Server
    2. Configure Agent Settings in Summary Server console

      Server

    1. Mail Server Settings can be configured in Summary Server and Probe Server
    2. Server Settings is recommended to be configured in Summary Server
