Manage the capturing of IP addresses in forms

You can manage capturing IP addresses as follows:

• Enable capturing IP addresses
• Disable capturing IP addresses and delete the collected IP addresses

Enable capturing IP addresses

1. Open the form builder.
2. Click the Properties icon in the top-right corner of the form builder. The Form Properties pane will appear on the right.

   

3. Navigate to Form Properties > Location Data.
4. Check the checkbox next to Capture IP address:

   

5. You will see the prompt below:

   

6. Click I understand, Proceed.

Disable capturing IP addresses and delete the collected IP addresses

1. Open the form builder.
2. Click the Properties icon in the top-right corner of the form builder. The Form Properties pane will appear on the right.

   

3. Navigate to Form Properties > Location Data.
4. Uncheck the checkbox next to Capture IP address. You will see the prompt below:

   

5. Click Disable.
