Scheduler

     

    ServiceDesk Plus - MSP gives the provision of providing a schedule calender showing the number of open requests, problems, changes, task and reminder for a technician in a given month. The availability of a technician can be viewed from the technician availability chart, depending on which, the task, requests, problems, and changes can be re-assigned to other technicians.
