Mark/Assign Tasks
You can assign the tasks to a group or owner immediately or mark them to assign later.

Marking Tasks is an administrative activity that helps the administrator plan tasks in a better way.

Technicians/Support Groups are not aware of the tasks marked to them until the task is triggered.

Administrators can 'allocate' tasks to various technicians or support groups in advance by marking tasks without necessarily letting the technicians/support groups know.

Marking tasks servers as a reference for administrators.
You can mark or assign tasks while creating or editing them. Alternatively, you can also select the tasks on the list view and go to Actions > Assign to. Select the group and owner from the drop-down. Use the toggle button to Mark/Assign the task and click Assign.
For example, you can create a task in advance and mark it to a group Network and technician Howard Stern. When the task needs to be completed, you can simply assign them to the marked group/technician instantly.
Marked tasks are indicated with icon.
