Monitor Tasks
Filter Tasks: Use the filter drop-down on the top left of the task list view to filter the tasks displayed. You can also:

Create a new filter by using
icon.

Manage existing filters by using
icon.

Favorite the filters you use frequently by using
icon.

Sort the filters by using
icon.
Search Tasks: Use the 
icon to search through the task columns. Note that you cannot search through date fields.
Customize the Details Displayed: Use the 
icon to choose the columns displayed on the list view. This allows you to preview task details and preview the task progress in one glance.
