Problem List View

     

    Problem list view displays problems in a compact and tabular view. By default, problems are displayed in the list view.

     

     

     

    Following actions can be performed on the problem list view.


    Add Problems 

    To create a new problem, click New, fill out the displayed form, and click Save.


    Pick Up/Delete Problems 

    You can pick up or delete problems in bulk. Select one or multiple problems and click Pick up or the    icon on the top of the page.

     

     

    Assign Technician 

    • Select one or multiple problems.
    • Click the Assign drop-down and select a technician.

     

     

    Filter Problems 

    • Use default filters to display problems based on certain criteria.
    • Click    to favorite the filters you frequently use.
    • Drag the filters to arrange them in a specific order.

     

     

    Search Problems 

    Click the    icon on the toolbar to search through all columns in the list view. You cannot search through date fields. The search option is not applicable for the classic view.


    Add/Remove Columns 

    Customize the information you want to view on the list view page by using the Column Chooser    icon. Re-order columns using the    icon.


    Customize Layout 

    Customize the list view layout by clicking the List Settings    icon.

    • Records per page: Limit the number of problems displayed on a page.
    • Refresh Frequency: Set a 3, 5, 10, or a 30-minute interval to auto-refresh the list view page. To refresh the list view page manually, click    on the toolbar.
    • Display Density: Choose to view the problems in a compact, dense manner or in a comfortable manner.
    • Column Resizing: Reset the column size to its default width.
    • Personalization: Reset the personalization applied.

     

     

    Edit Problems 

    Click    beside a problem to modify its details.

     

    View and Add Notes 

    Click    to add a note to a problem. The icon turns yellow on adding a note.

     

    Switch to Classic View 

    Click    on the top-right of the page to switch to the classic view.


    List View Indicators 

      - No tasks available

     

     - Task is pending

     

     - Tasks are completed

     

     - Pending task is assigned to you
